At Leaforae, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we currently do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if you receive:

A damaged product

An incorrect item

A missing item


please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved in the following cases:

Product received in damaged condition

Wrong product delivered

Item missing from the order

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable for:

Opened or used products

Minor packaging variations

Delays caused by courier partners

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
